this hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and modern design i found the location very nice it was very easy to access several subway stations the hotel staff were helpful with directions and local tips the ease of getting a lyft was also a major plus.
the initial check-in process was a bit slow when i arrived so i had to wait a little.

the room featured a comfortable queen bed ensuring restful sleep the room had thoughtful design to maximize space the overall cleanliness was perfect with fresh linens and super clean surfaces adding a great vibe.

the hotel has an in-house café i found some delicious almond croissants the free wi-fi was fast and reliable this allowed me to easily plan my itinerary and stay connected with everyone, that was amazing.

i loved that the hotel's location near many subway stations made it easy to get around there are walkable attractions in the neighborhood this includes times square and rockefeller center this made sightseeing very convenient and easy.

the location was good, close to times square and public transportation.
The air conditioning unit in my room was not working properly, constantly switching on and off at random hours. This made it hard TO SLEEP. asking the reception for a bottle of water was like a HUGE inconvenience to them. They acted as if i was asking for something unreasonable.

the location was very convenient. it's just off times square, so it was quieter. the elevators were fast, reaching the 37th floor in about 15 seconds. the staff was friendly, and cleaning service happened daily, leaving everything neat.
The room was quite small, more like a hamster box. Space was limited.

The location was excellent. I was just down the street from Times Square. I received complimentary bottled water daily. The hotel offered luggage storage prior to check-in.

the hotel's location is excellent, near times square. access to public transport is very easy and convenient. the rooms are efficient and modern. i found the rooms to be very comfortable.
the staff didn't refill coffee unless i asked. i left my credit card on top of the bill, but nobody took my payment. i charged it to the room instead.

The staff was helpful. they also encouraged me during my walks. car service to the airport was available at checkout, reasonably priced and convenient. The vehicle was also clean.
